Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to tickets for concerts held at Kostel sv. Mikuláše on the Old Town Square in Prague.
1. Organizer
The concerts are organized and the tickets are sold by:

The website concertsinprague.eu is technically and administratively managed for the Organizer by Porteo Art Company, s. r. o.
2. Buying tickets
Tickets can be purchased:
- online through the GoOut ticketing system on concertsinprague.eu,
- in person at the box office at Kostel sv. Mikuláše on the Old Town Square.
Online purchase
Online ticket sales, payment and delivery of electronic tickets are provided by GoOut.
Purchases made through GoOut are also subject to the current GoOut Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions, which customers can review during the purchase process.
Any GoOut service fees and their refund are governed by GoOut’s terms and conditions.
Purchase at the box office
When buying a ticket at the box office, the contract is concluded when the ticket price is paid and the ticket is handed to the customer.
Current ticket prices and available payment methods are shown on the website or directly at the box office.
3. Ticket and admission
A ticket allows its holder one admission to the concert stated on the ticket.
Electronic tickets do not need to be printed and may be shown on a mobile device.
Unless stated otherwise for a particular concert, Místa nejsou číslována. and visitors may choose from available seats after entering the church.
Visitors must follow the Organizer’s instructions and the rules of the venue.
4. Ticket refunds
Purchased tickets cannot normally be returned or refunded simply because the customer is unable to attend the concert.
For tickets to a concert held on a specific date, the standard 14-day right to withdraw from an online contract does not apply under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code.
This does not affect the customer’s rights if the concert is cancelled, rescheduled or the service is otherwise not provided properly.
5. Changes and cancellation of a concert
The Organizer may make reasonable changes to the programme or performers, provided that the overall nature of the concert is not substantially changed.
If a concert is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a refund of the ticket price. The Organizer may also offer an exchange for another date or another concert. It is entirely up to the customer whether to accept this offer.
If the date of a concert is changed, customers will be informed about the available options.
For tickets purchased through GoOut, refunds and related procedures are handled according to GoOut’s rules.
For tickets purchased at the box office, refunds are handled by the Organizer upon presentation of the unused ticket.
6. Complaints and questions
Questions or complaints relating to the concert itself may be sent to: koncertyvpraze@email.cz
Technical problems relating to an online purchase, payment or delivery of a ticket through GoOut are handled according to GoOut’s terms and contact details.
7. Alternative dispute resolution
If a dispute between the Organizer and a consumer cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer may use alternative dispute resolution provided by:

8. Final provisions
The legal relationship between the Organizer and the customer is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.
