Concert details showing the chandelier, organist and violinist inside St. Nicholas Church

Hear how the sound changes around the church

During the concert, the violinists perform from different places inside the church. From high above near the organ, their sound travels into the dome and spreads through the whole interior. When they play downstairs in front of the audience, the same instruments sound warmer, clearer and more personal.

You will also hear the majestic pipe organ on its own, filling the church with its powerful sound. And in one of the pieces, the violinists create music without using their bows — a small surprise to watch as well as hear.
